Morguard X ALVÉOLE

Great workplaces don't just house people, they connect them

Morguard properties across North America are home to something unexpected: living beehives, pollinator habitats, and the people who tend them. Because great workplaces don't just house people:  they connect them.

A program built around people and place
" Following our first harvest, we shared the honey and our experience with the tenants and staff, and the response was tremendously positive. There were lots of questions and great feedback. Everyone loved the honey and wanted to learn more about the program."

What the program includes

Beekeeper visits every three weeks

Alvéole's beekeeper visits your site every three weeks to tend to the hive, monitor the colony, and share what's happening with the bees. You don't have to do anything. Just show up curious.

Events and educational activities

Throughout the year, Alvéole runs onsite workshops where you can meet the beekeeper, learn about the hive, and see urban beekeeping up close.

Follow your building's hive between visits

MyHive is the digital home for your site's beehive. You can check in on hive updates, watch recap content from workshops, and stay connected to the program year-round.

Biodiversity data and branded honey

Each year, 100 jars of honey labelled with your building’s branding come straight to you. Alongside it: biodiversity and engagement data formatted for GRESB, WELL, LEED, Fitwel, BOMA, and BREEAM reporting, as well as DDQs and other investor requirements.
