Is this safe for tenants?

Yes. Our beekeepers are trained professionals. Hives are placed in low-traffic areas, and honeybees are naturally non-aggressive when managed properly. We've operated safely across 500+ properties with zero incidents.

Who manages the bees?

We do. Alveole provides professional beekeepers who handle all installation, maintenance, hive health checks, and seasonal management. Your team doesn't touch the hives - we take care of everything.

What if we don't have a rooftop?

We work with terraces, balconies, courtyards, or ground-level green spaces. If you have outdoor space with sunlight, we can likely make it work. We'll assess during our site visit.

How much time does this require from our team?

Minimal. We handle the bees, coordinate events, and provide communication templates. Your PM typically spends 2-3 hours per month promoting events and checking the platform. Most of the work is done for you.

How does the platform actually work?

It's a web-based dashboard. Tenants subscribe to updates and book events. Property teams access subscriber lists, track engagement metrics, download photos, and use pre-built templates to promote events. No app download required.
