There are points sitting on your certification scorecard your team hasn't claimed yet.

Most certification contributions require capital and a project plan. This one doesn't.
A beehive program qualifies across GRESB, WELL, Fitwel, BOMA 360, BOMA BEST, BREEAM, and LEED. It runs fully managed with no coordination required from your property team. And for most buildings, it contributes 2 to 10 points across the frameworks that determine certification tier.
One program. Seven certifications. Zero workload added to your team.
Why certifications matter
LEED-certified office buildings rent for 31% more than non-certified ones, according to CBRE's analysis of approximately 20,000 US office properties.

Beyond rent, certification status affects investor valuation, eligibility for green-linked financing, and your ability to attract large corporate tenants with their own sustainability commitments.
Most programs target one certification at a time. The more efficient approach is to find programs that contribute across multiple frameworks and run them once.
What an Alvéole program delivers
Alvéole installs and manages urban beekeeping programs at commercial buildings. Your property team carries no coordination workload. Everything is managed by Alvéole.
The program runs in four steps.
1. Install and activate
Beehives and wild bee habitats are installed at your building. Alvéole handles setup, safety protocols, and tenant communications.

2. Engage tenants
Tenants access workshops, beekeeper visits, and honey harvests throughout the year via MyHive, Alvéole's tenant engagement platform.

3. Track engagement
Attendance and participation are automatically tracked in your dashboard, across one property or your full portfolio.

4. Use the data
Export participation reports, biodiversity data, and pesticide tracking directly into your certification documentation and sustainability reports.
Your property team carries no coordination workload. Everything is managed by Alvéole.

Point estimates are based on Alvéole's analysis of each framework. Exact credits depend on your building's existing score, program configuration, location, and certification body review.
For most buildings, 2 to 10 points across GRESB, BOMA, BREEAM, and WELL is enough to determine certification tier. For Fitwel, the potential contribution is significantly larger.
A portfolio that used this approach
Empire State Realty Trust deployed Alvéole across 100% of their Manhattan portfolio, using the program to anchor their GRESB and LEED strategy.

The outcome: GRESB #1 ranking in the Americas for five consecutive years, LEED v4.1 Gold, and a TOBY Earth Award. The program reached 3,000+ tenants in 2025.
It became a repeatable model now used across their full portfolio.

See where you stand
GRESB submissions open in Q1. Buildings added in the next 60 days qualify for the current cycle.
Each building's certification opportunity depends on its existing score, active frameworks, and program tier. Alvéole specialists work directly with asset and sustainability teams to map the program to your certification roadmap.
