How long are the events?
Each event is about one hour long.
What do I need to prepare before the event?
Your beekeeper arrives 30 minutes before the start time. Please have a power outlet and water source nearby, plus a couple of tables and chairs available for guests. That's it. After the session, the beekeeper handles cleanup and is typically out within 30 minutes.
How do I invite tenants to the event?
Your event details and registration link appear automatically on your MyHive page. Share that link with your community and they can sign up directly. Tenants who subscribe to your MyHive page and have opted into event notifications will receive an invite automatically.
Who are these events for?
All Alvéole clients benefit from these events. They can be adapted for any group or setting, including workplaces, schools, retirement homes, and beyond!
How do I track registrations?
From your MyHive feed, you can view registrations in real time, download the attendee list, and manage event settings. Registration is on by default, but you can turn it off anytime in your event settings.
Do you offer online or remote events?
Yes! To ensure these activities are accessible for all workplaces, we also offer virtual options.
