What you get

Engagement you can see.
Impact you can prove.

Building/property icon
A unique on-site experience.
The beehive is the anchor. But what keeps tenants coming back is everything that takes place around it: seasonal events, beekeeper relationships, and the simple fact that something living in their building changes throughout the year.
  • Professionally managed beehive and pollinator habitat
  • Seasonal workshops: honey extractions, hive tours, candle making, tastings
  • Signage that tells the unique story of the building’s specific hive
  • A physical program tenants photograph, share, and bring guests to see

The platform behind the program.
MyHive connects tenants, property teams, and asset managers in one place. It’s web-based. No app required. Participation data accumulates from day one.
  • Tenant event registration and hive update subscriptions
  • Attendance and engagement tracking by property
  • Pre-built communication templates for property teams
  • Portfolio dashboard for asset managers across every building

Their honey, your branding.

One hundred jars per year, harvested from your building’s hive, labelled with your branding. Property teams use them on move-ins, renewals, and leasing tours. It’s a physical touchpoint that stays in a tenant’s kitchen long after they’ve left the lobby.

Sustainability data, simplified.

As bees interact with the local ecosystem daily, they gather real biodiversity data. Insights surrounding species diversity, floral eDNA, pesticides and microplastics presence, and more. Alvéole analyses and packages this for your reporting team in formats that hold up in a review.
Building sustainability certifications supported by Alvéole
  • Supports GRESB and TNFD on nature-related disclosure
  • Contributes credits toward WELL, LEED, BOMA, BREEAM, and Fitwel

How it works

Four moving parts.
All handled by us.

Here’s what the Alvéole program looks like in practice, from installation through to your sustainability report.

Beekeeper visits every three weeks.

Alvéole beekeepers handle all installation, hive maintenance, and health checks. Tenants get onsite workshops and online updates that keep them connected to their hive. You get engagement content for marketing, and tangible proof-points for sustainability teams.

Onsite events tenants actually show up for.

Honey extractions, guided hive visits, candle-making workshops, honey tastings. Alvéole coordinates and runs every session. Property managers promote via ready-made templates in the platform.

Everything tracked through MyHive.

Tenants subscribe, register for events, and follow hive updates through MyHive. Your team sees participation data, event attendance, and portfolio trends in one dashboard. No manual tracking required.

Biodiversity data and branded honey.

Each year, you'll get a 100 jars of honey labelled with your building’s branding. Alongside it: biodiversity and engagement data formatted for GRESB, WELL, LEED, Fitwel, BOMA, and BREEAM reporting, DDQs and other investor requirements.

Why alvéole

One-off events, gardens, engagement apps or capex upgrades... where does Alvéole stand?

Fair questions. Here’s the honest difference.
Pop-up events and one-off activations
Events generate a moment that will be forgotten. No data, no ongoing narrative, no reason to come back. Alvéole is a program that runs year-round. Participation data from year three is more valuable than data from week one. And because tenants and teams are exposed to it year-round, the story keeps compounding over time.
Rooftop gardens and green amenities
A rooftop garden is a great amenity. A beehive adds something a little different: a living, evolving story that tenants tend to follow and share. The two actually complement each other well; the garden creates a setting, and the beekeeping program gives it a narrative.
Tenant experience apps and platforms
Apps solve a coordination problem. Alvéole solves an engagement problem. MyHive is built on top of a physical program; tenants use it because something real is happening in the building, not because a notification reminded them to log in.
Major capex upgrades
Renovations take budget cycles, construction timelines, and board sign-off. Alvéole can be up and running in a matter of weeks. Alvéole sits between expensive capex and forgettable activations: substantive, recurring, and low-lift by design.
